time is no earlier than 3:00PM on the first day of the rental,
and check-out is no later than 11:00AM on the last day of the
rental without exception. Make arrival and departure plans accordingly.

- 2 br condo units start around $1200 per month, to about $2000+
per month.
- 2 br single family homes, some with den and /or garage, around
$1600 to $2500+ per month.
- 3 br townhomes and single family homes, many with pool and garage,
around $1800 per month, to $3500+.
- 4 br homes, many with pool and garage, start around $2500 per
month, to $5000+
